Warranty Claim Process
To make a warranty claim:Provide valid proof of purchase or the warranty card received at the project handover.
Report any issues within the applicable warranty period.
A Vastuhouse representative may conduct an on-site inspection to verify the claim.
Exclusions from Warranty
This warranty does not cover:Normal wear and tear

Repair or Replacement Terms
